Sun Araw+Eternal Tapestry=Love In The Gallery

It’s  nice that two bands you like so much join forces to create a mega-monster-band, right?
Think of what will happen if John Bonham and Keith Moon would have played together, and holding the beat for Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant who’ll sing Since I’ve Been Loving My Generation. That would have been nice. So take this analogy and replace these names with Eternal Tapestry and Sun Araw.

These two psych headed bands, long time friends and labelamates (in Not Not Fun) joined forced to record one of the best psych/kraut/fuzzed out albums I’ve heard in last couple of months (months that offered us many albums in that style).
The result is Night Gallery set to be released in July via Thrill Jockey, and it’s a killer with its four lengthy pieces.
This album is making its way to become of the best albums of the year, for sure.

Eternal Tapestry and Sun Araw – Night Gallery III

And sorry, this has nothing to do with the post, I just love this song very much and it sits in my brain for thirty minutes now. I gotta let it go.
